Our 'team around the child' approach ensures proactive and tailored support for every student. This skilled team works to identify and remove barriers to learning, empowering students to become resilient, healthy and successful young adults.

We utilise a graduated response system, with Tutors, Teachers, Year Team Leaders and our Senior Leadership Team working collaboratively to provide a full spectrum of support. Our dedicated inclusion team is also an integral part of this network.

Ultimately, our comprehensive support structure — which addresses emotional, academic and personal barriers to learning — enhances every student’s capacity to achieve happiness, personal well-being and academic success.
