As a whole school community, we recognise hard work, commitment and sustained effort from our students. We aim to celebrate successes and focus upon rewarding effort and achievement.
Our Reward Systems include the following:
Achievement points are used in lessons to identify and reward student achievement and effort. Students who contribute to the positive ethos of the school are recognised and rewarded. Students can be awarded achievement points for a variety of attitudes, achievements and behaviours, including good work, outstanding participation in class and attending extra-curricular events among other things. When a student reaches a certain threshold of achievement points, they can buy rewards from the Rewards Store.
Each day students are present in school and marked on time for morning registration, they will be awarded achievement points by their form tutor.

All achievement points are recognised individually, but also go towards our House Competition that runs throughout the year.
We also recognise Tutee of the Week, a Head of Year nominated Student of the Week and an award given by the Pastoral Assistant Headteacher.
End of term rewards events will be held at the end of the Autumn and Spring and Summer term. Students who have met the following criteria will be invited to attend:
The end of term events include ice-skating, crazy golf and access to fun inflatables.
We also organise breakfast mornings and hot chocolate mornings for groups that are making a difference within our community.
